IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ILLINOIS POLICYHOLDERS

In response to Bulletin #2008-04 (Exceptions for Consumers in Disaster Areas) issued by the Illinois Division of Insurance for policyholders affected by the Illinois flood disaster, we are taking the following measures:

1. 60-day time extension. We are providing a 60-day time extension on any policy provision that impose a time limit for performing acts under the policy.

2. 60-day moratorium on cancellations/nonrenewals. No cancellation or non-renewals will be issued for affected policyholders. This means your coverage will remain in effect. The moratorium period expires on August 18, 2008.
